Less Effort

A little effort on a regular basis

leads to a life that requires less effort.

The Effortless Life

It takes a little effort
to live an effortless life,
but not much.

The Qi Gong State

As we act within the Qi Gong state...
life plays itself out in an effortless and beneficial way.

Empowering Life

With Qi Gong, we empower life to be life.

The Practice of Improving Life

Qi Gong makes everything better; it is the practice of improving life. As you improve the world inside of you, the outside world responds in a similar manner.

exact the value of that fact.

The Value of a Diamond

Perhaps it is the value of ourselves we see within us as we hold it.

The Gleaming of a Stone

While a diamond gleams and shines as a stone of precious cost, what is the value of the man beholding it?

Everyone Is Equal

"There is only one God and He is God to all; therefore it is important that everyone is seen as equal before God. I’ve always said we should help a Hindu become a better Hindu, a Muslim become a better Muslim, a Catholic become a better Catholic."

Mother Teresa

You Will Know

Find yourself and know that you belong to all of life, that you are supported by everything that has ever existed or ever will.

Hold yourself where you are as you behold this, and you will know what should be known.

A Place to Love

If you do not love, you are away from home and self. So find yourself, and make yourself at home.
You will have a place to love.

The World Is Yours

Befriend the world, and it is yours.
But first befriend yourself.

We Are Related

To everything that exists, ever has or ever will... we are related.

Fear Not

There are no enemies to a man or woman who behaves with integrity.

Equality of Mind and Value

All things that exist are of equal quality and value in their original state. Our human yern for fairness arises from this fact.

We Are the Precious Stone

When we truly know a diamond, we know it's but a stone. In nature, a diamond has no value beyond the fact that it exists.

Being what It Is

A diamond remains a diamond regardless of whether it is ever seen or known. The stone has its own and independent value that it owns. To be, a diamond need notshine or twinkle in the light of day... need not be assessed or valued. Its value is being what it is.

The Pressure of Life

Life on Earth can be a vise twisting,
a pressured situation turning ever tighter,
unless you excuse ourselves from the vise,
find your life and live.

Everyone Has Something Right about Them

Everyone has something right about them. If nothing else, it is their soul. In a sense, it is the soul that is only right as we look upon ourselves, it's the sould and only that's what right about us. All else is all dulission, an illusion... the wants and the desires of things we do not have, and things that we have gained and much received. And all things lost, never found or achieved. All thoughts of these are false and do deceive leading us away from who we are. They distract us and cause pain. The soul of who we are relaxes us and takes us to a place of rest while plans for us are made. The more you see the soul of who you are, the more you depend on the soul as reference as you go about your day, the more you experience who you really are. As you experience yourself as you are, you are better able to see others as they are. And you know that everyone is good at a place that's deep within them cuse you feel it... thought they may not. As you pay allegiance to your soul, as you find it and don't hide it from your eyes, you begin to have something true within you, something to give... and receive. To the soul, all is given, for the soul has all to give.

To Look Upon Another

Look to see where someone is right, not where they are wrong. Love them, and look upon their soul as if it were your own.
